Customer Experience Account Manager

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Customer Experience Account Manager’s role and objectives are to support customers in the deployment, use, integration of new products and renewal of their contracts.

Functions and responsibilities

  • Develop Astus solution implementation plans with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams on customer related projects and issues
  • Respond to customer inquiries, assess new needs and support customers in achieving their goals
  • Evaluate customers’ ongoing training needs and recommend delivery options
  • Promote solution awareness, increase adoption and identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to customers
  • Manage incremental escalation of the response process to address critical issues in an efficient manner
  • Proactively work on streamlining processes while encouraging collaboration among stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

  • College degree in information technology, computer engineering or other relevant discipline
  • 3 to 5 years experience as an account manager and/or implementation project manager
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and strong organizational, problem management, multi-tasking and change management skills
  • Communication skills, ability to build strong client relationships and motivation to achieve objectives and results in a client-oriented manner
  • Bilingual (French and English, Spanish an asset)
  • Knowledge of electronics and car mechanics would be an important asset
  • Ability to simplify information and ability to synthesize information
  • A strong sense of customer service
  • Mastery of the Office Suite and a CRM such as Business Central.
