How do I login?

Be sure to type in the personalized address that was given to you by the sales team. Once you enter your information, the application will open, and you will see your account displayed in the header.

What can I do if I forget my password?

After entering your personalized link in the address field,
1. Click on Forgot Password.
2. Enter your email address and click on Send a password reset email.
3. You will receive an email. Follow the instructions in the email.
Note: Click in the checkbox next to Remember, and the application will remember you, and you will not have to enter your contact information every time you visit the application.

You can use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome to access the application

How to change the language from French to English or vice versa?

You have to change the Default Language and Culture.
1. Click on your profile (your initials) in the header.
2. Click on Preferences.
3. Click in the Default Language field and select the desired language from the list displayed.
4. Click in the Culture field and select the same language from the list.
5. Click on Save.

How do I change the expiration date of an employee's driver's license?

1. From the Configuration section, select the Employees option.
2. Scroll, or filter the list of employees to find the employee you want to modify.
3. Click anywhere in the employee’s row.
The employee’s window will open.
4. Click on the Driver tab.
5. Enter the new expiration date by typing it or using the calendar.
6. Click on Save.
