- Maintain relationships and develop a strong base of existing clients
- Prospect and acquire new clients in targeted markets
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and influencers in the industry
- Provide sales forecasts and exceed targets set with the VP of Sales & Marketing
- Implement a sector-based prospecting strategy for the province of Quebec
- Document all sales activities in the company’s CRM
- Participate in and promote the company at business events (trade shows, exhibitions, and fairs)
- Organize and manage visibility activities to attract potential clients in targeted markets
- Oversee the client onboarding process following the sale of a solution
Qualifications requirements

- Bilingual (French / English)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development and new client acquisition
- Interest in technology and software solutions
- Strong ability to manage a client portfolio using a CRM system
- Excellent listening skills and ability to identify client needs
- Ability to spot and qualify business opportunities
- Comfortable delivering presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
- Assets:
- Established network in B2B sales, transportation, or service industries
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, go-getter attitude
- Collaborative by nature and enjoys teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
