  • How does vehicle access work?

    Access is 100% keyless. Users can start and end reservations via their mobile device (Bluetooth) or RFID card, depending on organizational settings.

  • Can I book a vehicle in advance?

    Yes. Reservations can be made in advance or on demand. Access rules (roles, time slots, zones, priorities) are fully configurable.

  • Can multiple sites or zones be managed?

    Absolutely. Strada supports multi-site management with fixed parking or flexible zones. Access and usage can be configured by site, role, or department.

  • Are my data secure?

    Yes. The platform follows Secure by Design and Privacy by Design principles, is ISO/IEC 27001 certified, protected 24/7 by a SOC, and supports MFA and SSO authentication.

  • What types of reports are available?

    Strada offers intelligent dashboards to track utilization rates, vehicle saturation, idle periods, operating costs, KPIs, and more. These insights help optimize fleet size and composition.
