In this position, you will play a central role in keeping our sales activities running smoothly. You will help structure follow-ups, maintain accurate and reliable information in our business tools, and facilitate coordination between Sales, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams.

What You’ll Do
Sales Support and CRM Management

  • Ensure client, contact, opportunity, and activity information is accurately and consistently updated in the CRM;
  • Support the sales team with opportunity follow-ups, proposals, renewals, outreach, and next steps;
  • Help maintain high-quality sales data to support follow-ups, prioritization, and decision-making;
  • Prepare or update sales documents, presentations, proposals, and data analyses.

Internal Coordination

  • Facilitate the flow of information between Sales, Operations, Production, Finance, and Customer Experience;
  • Support the tracking of orders, contracts, licences, renewals, adjustments, and client requests;
  • Help ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to implementation and ongoing client support;
  • Contribute to improving sales tools, processes, and follow-up methods.

Marketing and Business Development Support

  • Assist with the preparation of documents, content, contact lists, presentations, and sales tools;
  • Support lead generation initiatives and other activities aimed at building and maintaining the sales pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment as a coordinator or in a comparable role;
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail when managing follow-ups;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Comfortable using digital productivity, tracking, and collaboration tools;
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel (intermediate), Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Experience working with a CRM; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an asset;
  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams;
  • Initiative, autonomy, curiosity, and a commitment to high-quality work.

Assets

  • Experience in a technology, SaaS, B2B, or professional services company;
  • Knowledge of B2B sales, account management, or business development;
  • Experience documenting processes and creating or improving administrative tools;
  • Knowledge of telematics, fleet management, transportation, or field operations.
